Join us this Independence Day for a free community workout honoring U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Edwardo Loredo, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 24, 2010.

This powerful session is open to everyone, whether you’re a BFT member or just want to sweat with a supportive, fitness-loving crew.

The Workout:
6 Rounds for Time:
24 Air Squats
24 Push-Ups
24 Walking Lunge Steps
🏃‍♀️ 400m Run

Coach Nicole will lead you through every rep with energy, form tips, and motivation to get you through it strong!

Come dressed in your boldest red, white & blue to celebrate in true BFT style.
